It was not an easy question to answer immediately, but Fendros wanted to help Ahnasha. It hurt to see her in such a state.

Fendros shifted to that he was sitting next to Ahnasha rather than at an angle, then put his arm around her shoulders, "You know your family better than I do. All I can tell you for a fact is that they miss you. It will be a shock for them to see you again - they might not even believe it at first." Fendros leaned his head against Ahnasha's shoulder, "I heard your reasons, though. You do have regret. If you apologise and explain why you left all those years ago and how things are now, then I can see them understanding. It might help you as well, if only for the closure. I know it helped me with Llarasa and Monderyn, even if that didn't work out completely."
