A few things that bother me.

1)  While I understand that it is difficult to write the origin of an established character, but the first two or so paragraphs are plagiarized straight from Marvel Wikia, with a few words or phrases substituted.

2) Ultimate Doctor Octopus died in the Death of Spider-Man story arc.

3)  Not much explanation was given for how Miles gets to our universe (I do believe we have already established this Earth as Earth-76031 from the thread number :D)  One moment, Miles is fighting Doc Ock, and then he all of the sudden is in our universe.

Fix these issues and then I will accept your application.
