yeah sure, so basically he can convert one form of energy (kinetic, potential etc.) into another kind but it takes the same amount of magic power to convert it as the amount he's trying to convert (if he's converting 10 joules of energy it'll take 10 points of magic power) and for converting matter it's pretty straightforward, he can convert any one thing (stone, water etc.) into any other thing as long as he has some idea what it's made of, also the more he tries to convert the higher the strain on his magic power. In order to drop him to B rank strength, I just severely decreased the amount of magic power I would normally give him so his magic would be more a secondary fighting style that he'd use to aid his physical attacks
