He nodded as she went up. It was a bit odd what they were doing. He had no idea about her. Just that she was someone he was talking to. He looked at her and say down next to her. He was curious as to who she was. That was new. It also sort of felt nice to be helping someone for a change instead of having to fight them. This must be what heroics felt like. Sort of new. 

He looked at her. Who was she? Villain? Good guy? Well he sort of wanted to find out. He looked at her. "So? Can I ask you about you? I mean your family and such. Unless you don't want to. " he signed. He then told her about his family "One brother. Ben, the guy who hurt his ankle. My dad is a hero. Me and Ben take after him " he said finishing signing. He looked at her wondering what she was like.

Ryan nodded. "This better be it. I'm terrible at waiting for long periods of time..." He said clearly ready to go. He heard the teacher say something about lunch. "Hey Phoebe. How about we go to that restaurant now? I could get us there and back to here in less than 5 minutes. "
