Rose closed her eyes as he kissed her hand and cheek and thanked her. When she felt the drips of water and smelled the salty sent of them, she wrapped her arms even more around him. ''You don't have to thank me.. Your my husband, I just promised you to be there for you when you need me'' she whispered and kissed his cheek. She tasted the salty tears but she didn't mind. She looked in his eyes for a moment and then smiled. ''Come on, I know where father brought him.. We are gonna say goodbye'' she said and then walked with him to a special room on the first floor of the mansion.

They could hear the crying from his mother and before she opened the door she looked at him again. ''I want you to know, that I will always be there for you in every possible way'' she said and then took him inside the room. She walked with him to the bed and there his father laid, already cleaned and almost ready to be buried. ''We did the standard things, so your family can finish it with your own traditions'' she softly spoke and held Vlad close to her. His mother looked at her. ''You are so kind..'' she said in between her tears. ''Even while forced to a marriage, you take care of him already as if you love him'' she said. Rose gave her a smile and laid her head against Vlad's chest.

''I believe that love can grow.. And even though this evening started as the worst..'' Rose whispered. ''He turned out to be so kind and loving.. It can't be a lie what he is showing.. and if it is, I hope he keeps it up because my heart has melted for him ever since the moment he spoke so softly and kind his I do '' Rose said and looked at Vlad.
