Fallout 4 is in fact HOT GARBAGE

But my idea wasn't a legion character: the legion would never expand eastwards, their whole mentality is a push west, but even so I would not expect them to defeat the NCR, and everyone agrees, especially with Caesar being the only thing holding the legion together, and him certainly being dead in the ~60 years since new vegas.

My idea was someone from another sort of tribal gathering which wears the skin of the old world for the same sort of prestige and legitimacy. There are lots of cool things a southern tribe could carry the trappings of, in my opinion.
