[@Zugzwang] The Mid-west BoS takes in villages and tribal's... Of course they also use the tribes best and brightest for their own gains. Mid-west BoS is still much more about technology and actually can produce working vehicles and new guns, even making their own T-45A power armor. They range from Chicago to Alabama, using convoys to move supplies between fortified shelters and highly trained and experience squads to kill any raiders or tribal's who get out of line. East coast is the more spread out but has plenty of Enclave tech and Vertibirds from Nellis Air Force base but they are backed by Minutemen and lots of local towns. They are mostly using T-45 suits and the slightly less common T-60. Enclave armor and T-51 are held back for Paladins. The western BoS is nearly dead, survivors have almost all evacuated. They debate joining the other chapters or attemping to rebuild elsewhere. NCR has annexed New Vegas and legion broken, Lanius leads a fraction of it's former power but many have returned to tribal life or become raiders. Arizona and Texas have become home to war bands of Legion soldiers, each with their own head attempting to reunite the scattered army. Capital wasteland has become the home of new life, with the first clean free water it is much more at home. Settlements have grown rapidly and with D.C. becoming the center of fledgling government the arguing towns are attempting to make a unified government. The Enclave have mostly remained off the coast living on islands and oil platforms. Working to advance their weapondry so they crush the Brotherhood and all wastelander's. Another group of Enclave have actually united most of Alaska and Western part of Canada. Both groups have made activate contact, once victory in the east is assured the Western Enclave will assault the NCR then crush the Mid-west BoS between them. They believe they are the sole inheritors of the United States, no one else is human enough. [@AdamantiumWolf] As above their are remnants of the Legion, most are really just tribal's scared of their leader. You could play them but good luck crossing Mid-west with a full army... The Paladins would not take kindly to that. However you are free to make tribes from anywhere you like and have them travel towards the Commonwealth. [@Letter Bee] I agree story was bad but the gameplay is good, honestly I would have preferred it if was more go out and find stuff for your Vault and keep everyone in it happy and safe. Sorry for the huge post I've just been trying to figure a few things out lore wise. Tactics throws a wrench in a couple things but I plotted around it... I refuse sentient Deathclaws.
