PART 1: The Beginning
A long time ago, before history was recorded in scrolls and books, There had been two entities that inhabited the world. Two creators. Two destroyers. Together, they brought life and power into the world, filling it with creatures of varying appearances and abilities. The two entities watched as their creations grew across the ages. For a while, all was fine. Then their creations discovered conflict. Though the entities had ignored the impact of their creations' first argument, they watched as it grew into the first war. The two entities, apalled at what had come to pass, sought to end it. Unfortunately, the two of them had found themselves diaagreeing with one another in how the situation should be dealt with. One felt that their creations should be allowed to see their war through to the end, and learn from their mistakes. The other felt that they should wipe clean the slate, and start anew. The entities came to a heated argument, which resulted in one of them deciding to force their plan into action. The angered Entity took up a physical form, and created monsters that would enact his plan to wipe clean the slate. Fearing for the lives of their creations, the kind Entity created her own creatures to counter these monsters. The battle between the two forces lasted ages, but eventually ended with the violent entity's defeat. He and his monsters were sealed away, so they would not make another attempt to ddestroy all that was created. The kind entity was saddened by what she had to do to her companion, and hoped that her decision was a wise one. Unfortunately, when she returned her focus to their creations, ahe had found that nations were formed, conflict had become a part of their lives permanently. Though there was still some goodness within the hearts of their creations, the kind entity fell to despair, and her presence began to fragment and scatter across the world. Before her presence completely scattered, the kind entity created gids and deities to watch over her creations, and hopefully bring them back to their original peaceful selves. The gods and deities would fail in this, and fall to conflict as well. Now we turn to the Present times. Though most nations have found themselves in times of peace, conflict is still present, and some are at war. A cult that worships the violent entity has arisen, and plan to release him and his monsters once more. Fate, however, has other plans, as several individuals gather at a festival, not knowing that they're about to go onto the adventure, the likes of which they would never expect.
PART 2: Small Info on the Setting and Other

CONTINENTS:

Drofa
A continent filled with life. Deserts, Oasis, Plains, Rivers, jungles, etc. This continent has no large city or powerful technology, but instead nomadic tribes and small villages. This continent is well known for its "wise beasts", normal beasts that harbor intelligence to speak multiple languages, and knowledge of the nature's secrets. Rumor has it that this continent hides a secret from time immemorial, guarded by a warrior from that time. Though it hasn't been confirmed, there are those who say that this secret would give any who could claim this secret, the ability to conquer the world. Likely a simple fantasy, dreamt up by a power-hungry passerby.
Verrix
A land with beautiful forests and mountains, plagued only by the war between its two kingdoms, Alrin and Gracen. Beasts of its plain include behemoths and elementals. Verrix was once a beautiful land, home to many wild creatures, exotic flora, and magic only found within the deepest parts of its forest and volcano. Enticed by the beauty of this land, two friends traveled there to establish homes and communities of their own. Long after these two friends pass away, their communities would grow to be the warring kingdoms this continent is known for.
Baneer
filled with cities, villages, and ports, this continent is mostly inhabited by humanoid creatures. Areas that aren't inhabited by them, instead provide shelter for wolves, giant birds, and wild Horses. This land is simple, calm, and vast. According to recorded history, it was Baneer where the first communities were established. Though Kingdoms and Empires rose and fell, it was here where the very concept was invented. With the lack of dangers within this land, people from other continents almost always underestimate those who live in Baneer.
Myaal
The Continent of Ice. True to its title, this continent is in a perpetual winter, with constant blizzards hindering any traveler brave or stupid enough to traverse it. The ports on this Continent are all within caves that lead to the city of guilds, where people take shelter from the Continent's environment. Hidden within the blizzards are various creatures that are strong against the Ice. Among them ruled the Glacial Pheonix, a Bird made of snow and rock, with ice for blood. It is said that it is the source of the blizzards.
Mortexitiunyx (AKA the Death Continent)-
The continent where the souls of the dead must go. This continent holds the gateway to the next world at its center. the continent itself uses magic to create defenses against those who would intrude the gateway before their death. Spirits roam its plains, only turning hostile toward those who seek to harm its living inhabitants. Living inhabitants are sheltered by temples and cathedrals that allow others to speak to the spirits of the dead. Some may be skeptical and call it a legend, but those who live in this deathly continent know it to be true. A former goddess resides in these lands. Stripped of her title for reasons only she and the gods know, this former goddess stays in the land to continue with her duty. She guides the spirits of the dead.

COUNTRIES and NATIONS

From Drofa:
There is no country or nation here, but there are many villages and groups of nomads across the continent. This land is inhabited by wise beasts and all kinds of humanoid races. Though the land is home to many wise beasts and nomads, it is also home to wild beasts. They roam the wilds, attacking any traveler or nomad they find. The nomads, in response, are often taught how to defend themselves against wild beasts.
From Verrix:

The Kingdom of Alrin
Also known as the Kingdom of Wind and Fire. People of this kingdom pride themselves on their magical and technological control of the elements of fire and wind. The capital is found at the peak of a dormant volcano. the side of the volcano is inhabited by fire elementals, while the outside is inhabited by griffins. the kingdom's cities are inhabited by harpies, humans, and orcs. The more aggressive of the two kingdoms, but also the more boisterous of the two. The people of this kingdom are humble to all but those from Gracen, though they are not necessarily respectful. They are loud and uplifting, and often easy to start a fight with. They are also quick to befriend those who gain their respect. They base their army on the concept of strength and power.
The Kingdom of Gracen
Also known as the Kingdom of Earth and Water. People of this kingdom pride themselves on their magical and technological control over the elements of earth and water. Their capital is surrounded by a beautiful, crystal-like forest. The forest is inhabited by pixies, fairies, and sprites. The kingdom's cities are inhabited by humans, golems, and mermaids. The more calm of the two kingdoms, but also the more kind of the two. The people of this kingdom are respectful to all but those from Alrin, though they are not necessarily humble. They are quiet and reserved. There are those that are a bit mischievous to outsiders, but for the most part, they're calm and collected. Though they are difficult to befriend, they do respect the views of others. They base their army on the concepts of skill and creativity.
From Baneer:

The Kingdom of Saliano
The Kingdom of Giants. A land filled with skilled architects and honorable warriors. Despite its title, the land is not only inhabited by giants, but many other creatures like humans, lesser demons, anthros, etc. Many people usually end up training to become knights. The Giants are the best architects in the world, and build the most beautiful buildings and constructs. They have taught their smaller citizens how to build like themselves, and worked together with them to create the kingdom's defenses. One such defense is the lifeless magical construct. Though some outsiders may be concerned about the presence of lesser demons, that just goes to show how accepting inhabitants of this nation are. The lesser demons are just like any other creature, with the exception of their appearances. The Giants would have others know that lesser demons all have a chance to live out normal lives. If they were truly evil, they would be considered monsters and beasts.
Lyrem
A democratic country filled with artisans, merchants, farmers, and mercenaries. This land is mainly inhabited by anthropomorphic creatures. Despite what some may think, the anthropomorphic citizens in this country are not dependent on feral instincts to fight. In fact, they are as sophisticated as a normal farmer at the least, and as a kingdom's noble at the most. They depend on each other to live out their lives, and progress in technology. In fact, this particular country os the origin for most of the technology used in the other nations.
The Ordan Empire
An Empire that specializes in hunting, combat, and the crafting of weapons. This land is mainly inhabited by Elves, Imps, and multi-armed humans. The country is located on a mountain range, where citizens train and mine fore ore. As one would expect, this empire is a warrior country. Citizens are taught how to fight from young ages, and train their bodies to excel in some aspect of combat. Strange thing is that citizens literally live off of the training. Those who focus on strength focus on mining and moving ore. Those who focus on stamina grow and transport crops by hand. Those who focus on speed and agility reap and collect the crops. The leader of this country is Empress Ziyu, elven Mistress of Steel.
Mokokin
The youngest kingdom in all the continents. This kingdom is very small, and its territory only extends to a few villages and cities. Still, because it's still so small and young, it's not a target or main concern of any other nation, leaving it with a chance to grow and prosper. Mokokin is also known as the "Freelance Kingdom", as it seems to take inspiration from all other known countries, people's, and nations. All sorts of warriors make up the kingdom's army. As this is still a budding nation, the main concerns are protection of the people, and growth as a kingdom. Princess Leona II's father, King Pico, leads this nation.
From Myaal:

Sierk, the Guild City
As its Title implies, this city is made from the union of guilds. It is governed by the leaders of the original three guilds: the Hunting, Gathering, and Crafting. Hunters brave the icy plains to kill for meat, items, and materials. Gatherers learn to use magic to grow crops using snow and the light from fire. Crafters Built the buildings and Docks using stone and wood found in the blizzards. Just about every race inhabits this city. The culture here is like you'd expect. Free people just enjoying life. They have no single distinct culture, and citizens are allowed to live however they want. Of course, the three original guilds make and keep laws and regulations to ensure that things don't get too far out of control.
Mortexitiunyx
Just like Drofa, this continent has no actual nation or country residing on it. However, unlike Drofa, the inhabitants of this continent do not live as nomads. The inhabitants live in cathedrals and that we're blessed to keep restless and violent spirits away. The people here are kind, but are more often than not dark. Though it's unsurprising, as they live in the Death Continent. They're the only people that know how to properly wield dark and light magic, but they always use their magic to protect others. Warriors of this land are mainly mages, but there are a few physical fighters called "Guardian Paladins."

Technology
This being a very unforgiving world, technology has been developed to make the lives of non-magic users, and people with no skill or potential in the field of magic much easier. Though most technology developed was meant to be used for a country's military, there are some tech that makes things easier for everyday civilian life, as well. As one would expect, the technology in this world is not that advanced. Ships are still made of wood, and pistols are flintlocks, firing one somewhat unreliable shot at a time. On the bright side, however, this world has made some astounding discoveries on how to put magic and technology together. This type of technology requires the assistance of a magic-user, but are quite effective when it comes to their uses.
Notable Figures

-Kudgel, the Ancient Barbarian -Dimitri, the Impossible Alchemist -Phage, Dragon of Spirits -Pico, Freelancer King -Ziyu, Mistress of Steel -Zeke the Heart Eater -Beatrice the Damned -Mysterious Wielder of the 3rd Star Blade (May be added to later. Also, as time passes, I will make character sheets on them to reveal a bit more info on them.)

Character Sheet
Here's the character sheet itself! I'll put in a bit of a description just in case anyone wondered about some details.
Name: Appearance: Age: Gender: Race: Personality: Bio: Weapons(Primary, Secondary, Tertiary): Magic (optional): Other (optional): Post Example: Theme Song (optional):
NAME -I don't really need to explain this, do I? APPEARANCE -A picture is preferred, but I'll also accept detailed descriptions. AGE -I have no limit on age, but there has to be a good reason for how they're as old as they are, if they're GENDER -Male, Female, both, neither. It matters not to me. RACE -This is the big one. I'll allow characters of any intelligent humanoid, bipedal race to be used (e.g. Human, Harpy, Elf, Dwarf, Anthropomorphic animal, etc.) with the exception of Giants. PERSONALITY -Though I don't need a super-detailed description, I also need one that's longer than a mere 10 words. BIO -I don't want, nor expect to get entire novels about their lives. However, I do want to know their upbringing, and how their current personality came to be. WEAPONS -You get three weapons (ammunition such as arrows and crossbow bolts don't count). You don't need to have three weapons on your character, though. If you wish to have your character wield a single weapon, or just two, then that's fine by me. MAGIC -This is optional. Not every character needs to have magic. However, if you do want them to know, then keep in mind not to have broken magic (anything that seems too much to me I won't accept). I'm fine with a variety of magic like Cryomancy, Geomancy, Summoning (pass the summons by me first), white magic, etc. OTHER -Also optional. If you want, you can put in some miscellaneous info on your character. Examples would be their favorite food, hobby, habits, or miscellaneous abilities like juggling or something. POST EXAMPLE -NOT optional. This will let me know of your ability to RP. This is Casual, so please don't make it a short little piece that doesn't show much. THEME SONG -Yes, this one's optional. You can choose to pick out a nice theme that you think would fit your character.
