AWH that's horrible:( my Newfoundland recently passed away. His name was Turk (we got him on thanksgiving 8 years ago so his full name was Turk E. Cooper). He had a tumor in his spinal cord, causing his back legs to constantly be in pain and paralyzed. Under medication he could have lived for a couple more years but we didn't wanna put him through so much pain, and didn't want to have our memories of him like that. He was an adorable fluff ball haha
