Gren Orchid Eventually the team arrived to Trawl, the town where their mission was based around. The sheriff met them first. He seemed a bit oddly dressed for a sheriff, but perhaps that's just the uniform around here. His weapon certainly seemed suitable for hunting big game, and perhaps more intimidating for small crooks too. A harpoon is no less effective against a thief than it is a grimm. The sheriff took the team to his HQ where he gave them the local map of the area with more additionally details, like were the rocky parts were, where Daisy was last seen, and what Gren didn't know, a small cave. It opened up into a bigger underground lake, and Gren guessed that's where the Siren had been operating out of. He assumed the cave was naturally acoustic and could echo the Siren's call out for the underwater lake to around the cave. Of course until they actually get there, all he could make was guess work. "Talking to some of the locals would be helpful." Gren figured they had more experience dealing with these sort of threats by their town history than his team were. They simply were more specialized in the art of fighting Grimm. That and Gren wanted to get an idea of how many people were missing form this down due to the Siren's activity. Perhaps it's just his own pride making things complicated, but he wanted to save some people and have the town really glad they called them. Nothing wrong with some positive publicity after all, right? And after the miscommunication error from the last mission, Gren felt it was imperative that they get as much information about the situation first before they storm in guns blazing.
