If it helps for other details too, PoW encompasses a pretty wide spectrum of peoples and anything that can bind them would be great. Any small verses that refer to the included peoples would be great to hear but not required or recommended; but if you want to try for the sake of pushing yourself than so be it.

Similarly, if you stretch out enough notes you could get away with artificially padding the length but I don't want to see you pushing anything out over too many beats just to say you went out over your minimum recommendation. Personally, I'd like to see something closer to two or three minutes; but under the given circumstances if that's too much than do what you do.
