Actually, Ferrin is not that petty. Its more like...its just natural, he isn't thinking about his embelm, or trying to draw attention to his scars. I went into detail, since I am trying to convey what it looks like with text alone, whitch is rater had. If he was trying to boast, Ferrin would actually point it out and talk about it.
