Kaathe had nothing better to do as he waited for eternity itself to end. He continued to watch his memories play out one after the other. He chuckled a bit every now and then, as he found his past mistakes laughable. In all honesty, he wished to go up to the child and personally tell his younger self to just give up on trying. He refrained from doing so. The dark elf still remembered how stubborn and headstrong he was as a child. Probably for the best. I dread the thought of what type of idiot I could have possibly grown into. All of a sudden, a sound caught the dark elf's attention. A sound that was never present in the memory that was currently playing out. It was the sound of a door opening. Kaathe turned to the source of the sound, and found someone approaching him. Someone that Kaathe certainly didn't make himself. "It seems that spirit wants to mess with me now..." Kaathe laughed quietly before standing up and walking away. As he did this, he spoke to what he thought was another spirit's prank. "Do what you will, illusion. I don't care." The Kaathe that Henry knew faded away. As soon as he did, the door behind the bear closed, and disappeared as well. At this point in time, the memory's fight had ended. Thouhh it should have gone straight to the next memory, It did not. Instead, the dark elves parted ways, leaving their unfortunate oponent to literally crawl back home. The child managed to use a wall to help himself up, and began to walk away, pride cracked and damaged. The child stopped for a moment, when he saw the sight of something he felt should not have been there. "Who...the hell are you?" asked the childin anger. "Who let an outsider in this town? Leave before I ki-" The dark elf child couldn't finish his sentence, as he started coughing out blood. That last fight pretty much gave him some internal injuries. Still, the child glared at this stranger.
