Well Star Wars is always at the forefront of my interests, but usually any well done Fantasy or Sci-fi can interest me. 

When it comes to writing I prefer to write however much I can squeeze out on the subject while including emotions, scenes and characters thoughts/appearances. When alone the sky is basically the limit. In one day I can usually pump out about 5000 or more words without stopping when I'm inspired. Since I'm a speedreader most things I read I can finish within three to four hours unless I find it dull.
