[@Romero] Hold up there. Nuclear weapons/nuclear power does not exist yet. Though I see where you are going (physical cataclysmic/apocalyptic-like event causes rise of nazi-like fascist state, more so than the more simply fascist Moravia), that tech is a little above what we have established (otherwise everyone would have nukes and this world would look very very different, not to mention be a Cold War atompunk NRP instead). 

Might I suggest you redo the nuclear apocalypse to a biological weapon/pandemic/chemical superweapon of some sort instead? (As chemical/biological weapons of mass destruction technically could exist in some form, though hard to deploy with the absence of ICBMs)
