Your first character is too old to be a First Year. Lower their age by two or three years and they're good. Your second character is fine. Once done, place them both into the Character Tab.

I extremely like your character. The only problem is that you need to mention how she ended up in Riddle Academy. Unless her transfer is just happening now?
