[@lmpkio] a wiki says any computer system. Which I suppose would mean even closed systems. But I ask that perhaps despite what it says we go with just networks with wireless access. 1. Because wikis should be taken with a grain of salt. And 2. Because suffice to say, that would be very overpowered considering that the implication is that Ultron could then just hack into terminals, teleportation systems, even particularly advanced guns. Essentially anything that runs on anything resembling a computer. And that's just a bit too overpowered.
