This must've been a dream. A man appeared out of nowhere, is replaced by Cythlla's bear in a moment, and then transforms into the man that appeared. Or maybe Kaathe's mind had splintered from the sheer boredom, and his afterlife was simply tricking him into living out this new scenario. Either way, Kaathe had already begun following this person. He might as well see it through to the end. Soon he found himself in a burning camp. Death all around, and the staining scent of smoke making itself known. Nearby was the Human Henry -or at least that's what Kaathe had decided to recognize him as for now-, standing near the man known as Landeel. Kaathe walked up to him, and watched him descend into madness. "Look at you...Why, you're positively touched in the head!" Kaathe chuckled a bit. He had expected most of the Knights he knew to have some problem, but he didn't think that any of them would be this tied down to something. Kaathe looked down, and found the body of a woman. "Ah. I see. Despairing over the death of a loved one. seems like you're more of a fool than I thought. You won't make it much farther if you let this chain you down." The dark elf shook his head, and spoke to Henry, not caring if Landeel himself heard him. "We should leave him. If he can do nothing but live in the Past, then let him die here and now. It'll give him less to worry about." Kaathe closed his eyes to settle another chuckle that was rising. "After all, that woman was fated to die, anyway. If he can't accept that, he may as well be dead too."
