The Doctor was looking at him "Ah of course, I was thinking that, let them know you are well and so we can let them know about the traveling ." He kissed Jack and then smiled. He was so pleased to finally have time to tell Jack how he felt. He didn't feel like he would be lonely anymore.
"Yeah I will get more sleep tonight, But at least I am not a zombie now." he laughed. 
He was so pleased to be in Jack's company really.
