@Everyone, after giving it some thought I have developed a new A.R.C. scenario that is still essentially capture the flag but more built for training.

The cast will be still split into two teams. Each of these two teams will be made up of two squads with specific goals. While I will design the two teams to be balanced, it will be up to the team Captains to separate their teams into squads. 

The first team will be the Injustice Squad. This team will have the goal of taking a number of unspecified hostages as well as activating several points armed with explosives. Once they have taken the hostages and armed the bombs, their goals will be to keep them out of the hands of the other team. Obviously this team will be split into the hostage takers and bomb armers.

I have yet to figure out what to do about an option to kill the hostage to be honest lol. 

The second team will the Justice Squad. Their goals will be to protect the civilians from becoming hostages and remove the bomb sites before they can be activated. In the case of a hostage being taken or a bomb activated, the Justice Squad will be responsible to defuse and dispose of the bomb or retrieve the hostage and escort them to an extraction zone. The two squads obviously are bomb squad and rescue squad. 

I'm still fine tuning this idea, but this is what I'm running with at this time.
