I don't want you to like create the character and then have the magic denied for whatever reason... So if you wouldn't mind just posting the magic or PMing it too me so I can take a look at it please do either one :3 

Seriously I have my little created/upgrades celestial magic. 
The celestial dragons will play a role as a side arc by the way.
