I. The Restoration of the Grand Survaek Empire.
-- The wrongful Soroyan holdings known as the colonies of Soroyan Hamasi, Soroyan Serranthia, and Fort Talip must be ceded to the Grand Survaek Empire by November 1907, March 1908, and December 1908 respectively.
-- The wrongful Deltoran holdings that together constitute the colony of Deltoran Serranthia must be ceded to the Grand Survaek Empire by October 1907.
-- The wrongful Murenheidtan holdings in the Hauthkaj Desert must be ceded immediately to the Grand Survaek Empire.

II. The Restoration of the Akir Domain
-- The wrongful Murenheidtan holdings in the Dyujjk Region must be ceded immediately to the Akir Tarikhate of Akurr.

III. The Restoration of Greater Anvegad
-- Murenheidt must be dissolved and its mainland territory incorporated into the Empire of Anvegad by December 1907.

IV. The Restoration of Greater Sumaya
-- The wrongful Soroyan holdings that together constitute the colony of Soroyan Sarelia must be ceded to the Sumayan Malikate by November 1907.
-- The wrongful Kalpian holdings that together constitute the colony of Kalpian Sarelia must be ceded to the Sumayan Malikate by November 1907.
-- The Kingdom of Aontas must immediately end its lordship over the Protectorate of Feratsu, and the Protectorate must be transferred to vassalage under the Malikate of Sumaya by January 1908.

V. The Restoration of the Xian Republic

The [b][color=purple]Kingdom of Soroya[/color][/b] lays down the keel of the [i]SRF Notles[/i], a Potsma-class dreadnought. While comprising an immense colonial empire, Soroya's lack of steel severely hampers the construction of this vessel.

[center][b][color=red]Conquest of Kima[/color][/b][/center]

[indent]Blockaded by the Kalpian Navy, and soon beset on both the north and south, Kima managed to hold out just another month. General Von Barlath of the [b][color=gray]Kalpian 3rd Army[/color][/b], though in a position where he may very well could have simply sat on his haunches and starved the Kimenese out, ordered several more frontal assaults. On the 21st of March however, the Kamenese sent a delegation out and the city surrendered.
