Exactly. That was the point of the first arc all along; it was establishing a situation on Arcadia-1 created exclusively by the characters. I wanted to see what the result would be so I could have the world react accordingly to your actions after the end of the first Arc. As it is now, as I had expected Arcadia-1 has become a battlefield/contest between various multiversal powers, and the one with the capacity to decisively end the conflict quickly with the more heroic characters behind him(Nova) is now dead. That means the situation on Arcadia-1 is essentially fubar, and the remnants on Arcadia-2 are picking up the pieces and will likely gather resources so they can eventually attempt to retake Arcadia-1.

In other words, the setup for the RP has finally actually happened, naturally. That means things will start to get interesting at a more grand level soon.
