That's why I don't recommend having actual times and only a four part day cycle. Morning, Midday, Evening, and Night allow numerous opportunities for people to miss each other by as much as a couple hours without having to fix anything. Being too specific can get to be a problem really quickly. Though that does remind me of something else that gets to be confusing with differing timelines. Weather. I think that the canon had Floor-wide weather that varied. But, if we do any real weather mentioning then we should probably decide to do either heavily localized or Hawaii boring. Basically, either the weather at a given time of day on a given Floor is always the same or weather changes rapidly with micro-weather fronts that may only affect a hundred yards at a time.
