As long as you put some serious effort into describing your character, I don't mind having no picture, but I would prefer a picture if possible, even with necessary changes written beneath it. If Rhoo/[@mewgirl99] says you're good to go with just text then you're good to go obviously. You're welcome to post what you have here and update it until it's approved if that will help you any.
