After the current declartion of the Imperial restoration , the president and the goverment has decided to inform the country that hard times are going to come and they assure that they will do their best in order to maintain peace and stability and if not to assure the safety of Kalpia and its allies , also the war with the Kamen Empire is almost finish , the only thing is yet to be done is to prepare the terms for their capitulation , the Kalpian had fought a hard war in a unknow territory as a retaliation for their attack on new Vilkts , whle that would deserve a big punishment the goverment has assured that they will do their best to bring civilization to the lands of the Kamen Empire and to assure their liberty and rights in the future , also the goverment has made several conferences with the Etellians over the course of the year to get them to join Societatem , while most of the most people on Etellia are exceptical about them joining the Kalpian diplomats are doing their best in order to get them to join to assure the peace in the world , even the president has made efforts to get them closer to the point where they decide to join Societatem .
