Secondly, um... I guess I'd like abilities to be able to be applied to a fight somehow? The RP's not all about fighting but I'll be honest and say that fighting will be a part of it(including the mock battles held between students) and you have to remember that Ability-Type Tuners do [i]not[/i] get physical buffs unless it's part of their power.

[@Xeronoia]: I'm actually a fairly big fan of Raildex! And honestly the ability's looking better now. I'd suggest being careful and probably limiting how effective it is on living things(Living Static, if and when they appear, are a different matter when it comes to en masse slaughtering them).
