Cody watched as the stone went for his left hand but he now flicked a bead out from his hand which created a shield bubble around his hand.
He gestured with his right hand once more as the sword came flying back to him, but as he reached into his pockets for another handful of beads he froze midway, suddenly realising he couldn't anymore.
Tsking in annoyance, Cody threw the sword once more as he focused channeling most of his magical power into keeping the shield around. He was confident if it came down to a battle of magical power he could easily take this to the wire.
