Ammunition can be handwaved. The [i]Samigina[/i] has plenty of stock to replace rounds here and there, and we can assume the weapons themselves are bought with it. I was thinking of having more decisive, tech-heavy weapons, like missiles, needing to be bought, but it would be easier on everyone not to worry about replenishing them. You can always re-purchase weapons that are destroyed, lost, used up IC if you really want to, but I honestly won't be scrutinizing sheets if you don't.
