Height and Build: Shash's height is insignificant as he lacks rear legs to stand up on. From snout to tail base, he is a little less than eight feet long. The tail is another eight feet. He weighs in at 800 pounds, roughly as much as a dairy cow. 

Other Appearance: A piebald monstrosity with slime slicked flesh and no legs. It's only limbs are two winged arms and a long, powerful tail. The middle claw on each paw is eight inches long and razor sharp. The beast's head is mostly a jagged maw with oily, unseeing eyes on top. In human form he appears as a gaunt, tall man with empty eyes.

History/bio: Once in a millennia is a creature born of a barbarous race that combines the worst traits of rats and bats. Ancient, primal, terrible. For the last century a monster has slept in the forgotten caverns beneath where Gringore now stands. Amidst a lichen hellscape of death, upon a towering mountain of soggy bones, the academy's activity has finally awakened the Magna Pater, the lone ahool alpha. Every place is bound to have a rodent problem sooner or later.
