[@Hipster] I like the feel of your nation, there are just a couple of issues before I can accept you. Firstly, you actually have extra traits you can take if you want. You only have 15 at the moment, so you can take up to 22 (including the free Military trait you get from having Goblins)

Secondly, you can only take 1 Racial Trait, so its either Sneaky Little Buggers or Horde Tactics, not both. 

Other than that, all that's left is if you can tidy up the formatting, and expand your history as you see fit! Other than that, looking forward to having on board!
