On the same day, the [color=f6989d][b]Tarikhate of Serranthia[/b][/color] signs the [i]Document of World Renewal[/i], with foreign delegates in the Survaekom capital of Foedinei. The move is met with some apprehension by the local populace, who felt that joining the neighboring empire might not necessarily be the best move, though the Tarikhate announced to the local media that it's decision to stand with its new ally was one of rationale and not impulse.

In the [b][color=blue]Empire of Anvegad[/color][/b], the submarine [i]U-04[/i] is finished and commissioned into the navy. It embarks on sea trials expected to last through the week.

In the [b][color=gray]Kalpian Republic[/color][/b], a [b]Factory[/b] finishes construction and will begin work in June. Situated in Kodis, the area has seen recent modernization that has seen the quality of life raise exponentially in the last ten years.

In the [b][color=maroon]Grand Survaek Empire[/color][/b] a [b]Factory[/b] is finished in Kafu and will be available to begin work next month.

An assembly of delegates of the [b][color=purple]Kingdom of Soroya[/color][/b], speaking as a representative of the entire [b][color=green]Sociatatem[/color][/b], formally reject the [b]Ultimatum of the Imperial Restoration[/b]. Survaekom delegates, prepared for such a response, officially announce, via the embassy in Sikea, that a current state of war exists between the [b]Grand Survaek Empire[/b] and the [b]Kingdom of Soroya[/b]. The assembly is allowed to remain open, though Soroyan military police are ordered to watch the embassy, and that no new delegates are allowed in or out.

A [b]Great and Terrible War[/b] was now becoming a reality.

The [b]98th[/b], [b]99th[/b] and [b]100th Infantry Divisions[/b] finish their training in the [color=gray][b]Kalpian Republic[/b][/color]. Professionals, they have completed a twelve week course and an additional five weeks of machine gun training and use. They are immediately attached to reserve units in Mistburn until they are given new orders.

In the [b][color=green]Republic of Deltora[/color][/b], a [b]Dockyard[/b] is finished in Alcoln, and by the beginning of next month will be available for ship production.

A production run of 80,000 Armory Rifles is finished in the [b][color=blue]Empire of Anvegad[/color][/b]. These rifles are sent to barracks throughout the nation.[/indent]
