I don't see Jago or Newt getting along with anyone in particular. Since they're a pair of assholes, and love to start mischief. Jago in particular would probably screw with Ivan especially. Just because.

Fiona can get along with Penny, given the fact that they're both quite similar when you think about it.

Diana would probably be able to maintain a conversation with Penny. Though, she wouldn't go out of her way to interact with her, and, while cool-headed, can be set off quite easily.

Wendy, being naturally curious, would seek out friendship with Penny to see both sides of the Metahuman spectrum. While a bit introverted, she's quite friendly.

Kai... being Kai is incredibly friendly. So she can befriend pretty much anyone. Though, she's pretty quiet.
