Carrie didn't say anything. She simply decided to haul in the city guards to drag these two to the council chambers, she rubbed at her eyes, feeing weak and not too steady on her feet. [color=fff200]"they were fourteen and the magical council, led then by Kalinda, let them off as they were untrained and unable to control their magic. Or so she said. They just liked it"[/color] she said softly in almost a whisper. 

She swallowed, and when the guards appeared, ordered them to take the twins away, hurting. She sighed, freight the magic around the city,the different fights and wondering just what in the world was going on.

Jarvis travelled back to the games as well, moving back into the stands, frowning R the storm nearby. Just what was going on, and why was it happening here? Jarvis hesitated, wondering now if he should go check, wondering if he should see if Jamie, Sam and Amelia were okay.
