Carrie tried to escape Zephyr's guidance to force her down, but was unable to break away, and she ended up sighing, frustrated by it all, she dropped her head into her hands, probably looking like a drowned rat her wet clothes sticking to her, her hair plastered to her  head. 

[color=fff200]"It's a circle. Masahiko came to the council to try and fix it's corruption. And then Phoenix Wing was involved, and now it's just Masahiko and I left from the previous council. What if this council becomes corrupt?"[/color] She said, shaking her head. No one seemed to understand that fear, that worry, and Carrie sighed heavily. 

There was more then simple revenge here, and Carrie grew wearier just thinking on all that had to be done.
