[@Aristo] Fair enough. I guess one of the major things to decide what sort of terms we are with each other (And our other neighbors) is the culture of our nations, which is often shaped by history. Tushienia was founded two hundred years ago when the necromatic liches Nuyor the Doctor and Rodrim Payne arrived on the shores of 10 with their combined army of human followers and conquered 11 and 12 shortly afterwards. They gave the various peoples in their lands three options: 1. Accept their rule and be accepted and treated as full citizens of the kingdom. 2. Leave their kingdom peacefully and they would not be harmed. 3. Fight them and be wiped out. They honored all three of these options. Those that accepted the rule of the Liches and later the various councils made up of liches and shamans became citizens of the nation and were treated as such, those that didn't want to live under their rule were allowed to gather the supplies they needed to pack up and move in their own time and those that actively fraught against them got wiped out. While some humans left Tushienia, most decided to stay alongside the goblins who also accepted Lich rule in return for equal representation via their shamans. The elven and gnomish populations were divided; some choose to stay and fight while others decided to pull up roots and leave. Those who stayed to fight were destroyed with shiftiness and efficiency.
