a) Northern Kingdom Sorceress' are generally well focused around themselves and their appearance (since they can change it almost at will), Cyryl is probably at the peak of human beauty (because of magic)

b) You would probably notice she is a Sorceress, and most magic users are hardly surreptitious. They often flaunt their powers so as soon as she knows you aren't an immediate threat she will be using her powers. So don't be surprised or think she is acting out of character if she does
