A few days ago our president [b]Franz Bastian Sorg[/b] made a declaration of war to the Survaek Empire in response to their Ultimatum , this action offically states that the Societatem is the place where Kalpian belongs to , while most of the goverment had a hard time choosing to join Societatem or to leave it , our president made very clear that Kalpia had to help it fellow nations in order to achieve peace not for the world but for Kalpia itself and its citizens , the declaration may not has been what a member of Societatem would say but what a Kalpian would say about the war , the reactions to his speech has been very supportive and most of the country has decided to side with him and the ideals of peace for Kalpia , the industries has started to produce supplies and weapons , most importantly the army has been mobilizated , one of biggest standing armies of the world , the population has been called to fully support the war and the goverment has issued several posters and war bonds .

"Some weeks ago the Republic of Kalpia got threatened by the Empire of Survaek and their "claims" to our oversea territories , rightfully territories of the Kalpia Republic that are inhabited by our citizens , the kind of threats could has been peacefully solved by diplomatical means , this only shows that the nations that back up the ultimatum do not wish peace and that kind of threat only has one response and it is War , our population is not afraid of war and it never was afraid of it , it had suffer from war years before the creation of the republic and the years after , we have look for war as a mean to end the threats to our nation and it citizens and finally if any other nation has the courage to the make such threats to us again , I will say them that we are Ready! "


[center]The Situation on Vierkas[/center]

Currently in Vierkas one of the Kalpian colonies , the small garrison has started to send scouts to the jungle and to start to move the army to the frontier with Sumaya , currently the situation with Sumaya has been mostly peaceful but the recent tensions has made the population of Vierkas worry and some of them has already leaved to Mistburn or Adlake in Kalpia , the jungle of Vierkas has been a very difficult terrain for the armies there , but the war with Zellonia and now with the tensions has made that the jungle of Vierkas a very well know place of the army and most of the place there has been either mapped or secured by Kalpian forces.
