Rowan continued his speedy pace towards Sandgem, the sooner they got there the better. He didn't want to camp the first night of his journey having made such little progress.
He glanced over his shoulder when he thought he heard Melody say something but he was too far ahead to properly hear, so he decided against responding to whatever it was she said and instead pulled out the pokeball containing Twig and stared at it for a few moments.
'what will you do to your Pokemon then?' The words rang out in his head as he continued walking.
"Not sure why she is comparing humans to pokemon. Pokemon are much easier to handle, humans are just annoying." Rowan muttered underneath his breath before returning Twig's pokeball to his belt. He barely knew the Turtwig so why would he hit his pokemon anyway?
