I think that might be a neat mix of powers, three very tough fighters plus one speedster for balance, about even on long and close range. Unsure about leader, I don't think Tommy would be good for that role. TB, TD, AO, CV for letters to make the name. If we need a different combination I could give Tommy a nickname, something like "Foot Slogger"
