It really depends on what you want for the story! If you have Ozpin and all the other staff, you might need to factor in their backstory which means that our plot might be quite linked to the RWBY plot. Either that or you can mess around with their backstory so it doesn't really affect the storyline.

Orrrr, you could just add new ones which is a bunch of unnecessary hassle, to be honest! :3
