[b]Power(s):[/b] [hider=Everything a Spider-Man can] Being a clone of the genuine, original Spider-Man Ben has roughly the same powers as the Web head himself. Ben can adhere to any solid surface from glass to skin which can give him a better grip when tossing things or people and of course it good for climbing. Thanks to his spider lineage he also has enhanced attributes such as being able to run, jump and lift things that no normal person could. The crem-de-la-crem of this Knock off Spider-Man's powers though is his ability to perceive actions or objects in the immediate area and vicinity which he calls his 'Spider sense'. He can also heal somewhat faster then a normal person, not Deadpool levels, but he can heal ribs in a matter of days.
Ben is capable of having two sharp 'Stingers' come out of his forearms but as of the beginning of the RP he has no knowledge of this and they it will take time for Ben to learn how to properly extend them at will. [/hider]
[b]Skills:[/b] [hider=Skilled]At one point Ben had all the scientific know how and fighting skills of Peter Parker but most of his implanted memories have faded over the few years that Ben has been out in the real world. The few things that have stuck with him are bits of Parker's normal life, mechanical prowess and how to make the ever sought after webbing fluid used by Spider-Man.[/hider]
[b]Equipment:[/b] Ben wields a pair of old and bulky Web-Shooters which have more cartridge slots then the newer models of the web shooter. He has a utility belt which has extra web cartridges along with a 'spider-lamp' for dark places. His suit also has headphones built into it so Ben can listen to music while he's kicking villain behind.
Personality: Ben has a pretty optimistic view on things but is very quick to anger. Very rarely will he absolutely loose his cool and even when he does it's usually easy to calm him back down. He has a fairly laid back demeanour but he will, like everyone, have his spouts of stress from time to time.
[b]History:[/b] Ben was born from the sick experiment of The Jackal, only to be used as a psychological weapon against the actual Peter Parker. Originally he was implanted with all of the actual Peter's memories and was to be pitted against the actual Spider-Man to demoralize the hero and take him out. This plan never came to fruition though as through a freak accident the facility Ben was held in was put into lockdown and released all the growing experiments to be used by Jackal. Though most experiments died from either not being fully developed or simply being torn to shreds by the other creatures, Ben used his superior mind to escape. 

At first Ben had no idea what had happened as he still believed himself to be the actual Peter Parker but there were a few things that made him begin to doubt his legitimacy such as his slightly younger age and the fact that his memories were beginning to fade away. The nail in the coffin for Ben was the sight of Spider-Man swinging through the city that he had once remembered saving on numerous occasions. Ben came to the conclusion that he couldn't be the real Peter Parker which sent him into a downward spiral as he had an identity crisis, trying to figure out who he was. Eventually he came to terms with his predicament and decided to take up heroism for himself as The Scarlet Spider and going by the civilian name Ben Riley named after his uncle's surname and his aunt's maiden name. It wasn't long before Ben was contacted by S.H.I.E.L.D and recruited to join their new team which Ben saw as an opportunity to make his life worth something more then it already was.
