Carrie [@Oblivion666] "They may have been corrupt, but Phoenix Wing attacked us. How were we to know that they hadn't gone to the dark side? By stepping aside, I could have allowed a dark guild to take over the magic council, to let something else rise. " Carrie pointed out, shaking her head wearily, and then regretting it as her vision swam, and her head span. She judged the distance to the seat, decided it wasn't worth the risk of falling, and stopped pacing. "Perhaps I want to be dead" She said softly, a world of pain in those few words. "Perhaps working is all I have" Gabriel [@liferusher][@lugubrious][@oblivion666] Gabriel took in the scene he was welcomed to in the camp, as he hurriedly tried to catch up in what was happening. Yes, he had been briefed on what had occurred to Ike, and that these were people wanted by the guild. But what actually happened? It seemed like the two were being prosecuted without their side coming out. He knew he should side with Ike, but what if Ike had been in the wrong? Should he side with Ike, and forgo justice? As the situation degraded into fighting, Gabriel just sighed. but as Argus sought to fry Ike, Gabriel said, quite clearly, "Are you thick, or just plain crazy? Murder someone in the camp, and frankly, nothing will save your life" But it seemed that his words weren't heard, as Argus attacked Ike. A little annoyed, Gabriel stalked over, and Dog formed as he summoned him, the spirit charging Argus, seeking to stop the attack.
