Personality: Charlie is sarcastic, irreverent and crass, but he is generally a nice bloke to be around. He has a bit of a reputation in Cheapside as someone who is willing to do odd jobs bordering on the illegal as long as the price is right. In spite of his clandestine activities, he is certainly a guy you want to have around when things need fixing.

History: Born the son of a Welsh whore and her British pimp, Charlie enlisted in the British army at the age of sixteen, and served with distinction in the Boer War. After years of service, he returned home and began work in one of London's many factories. Still, money has always has been tight, and when the local criminal element need someone to act tough, Charlie usually gets an invitation.
