Psychological evaluation:  Potential Cadet 0915 shows promise in fields such as covert and reconnaissance, intelligence gathering.  He shows talent when it comes to concealment and problem solving, surpassing other children of his age and in his class in these fields as well as speed and agility.  Quickly bored with the activities handed out to children of his age, 0915 has been known to cause trouble such as disrupting class, rallying students against adults, raiding stores and homes for an array of items ranging from weapons to food, and has run away from home a total of 65 recorded times.  He has been apprehended by our scouts and they await your approval or disapproval for his candidacy.  

Current Status: We have pulled him from the foster program under the pretense of relocation.  He is currently being detained in an ONI Comm center and will be shipped out either back to the home or the program depending on your response.
