Technically there is a plot. It's very open ended but there's a plot. The plots essentially who is going to control Arcadia-1, if anyone.

This actually makes a good plot. Arcadia-1 being a hub universe means that who ever controls arcadia-1 has almost limitless range to any multiverse and therefore limitless control
