Sorry if that confused anyone, but then again your characters may not understand yet that Digimon don't usually die, they either De-Digivolve or turn back into Digieggs.

And, after we get all the Digidestined together and such (excluding the "Tenth Digidestined" [@Xan the G] for the time being, as you joined late and arrived in the Digital world late and somewhere else I believe), the plot and several important details shall be revealed for the most part.
