To put it in simplest term, yes. Of course getting anyone one out of armor is pretty tough, and if they do get into a fight making clones is the first thing they do. Of course despite their power they're still human. Stabbing them in the heart would kill them, just as it would anyone else. Getting a knife there is the hard part, but at least is a doable possibility.
