If I'm the villain for trying to point out a continuity error, explaining the nature of said error, then defending myself against insulting presumptions and cries of hypocrisy, then so be it.  I don't need to cloak myself in pity or make myself seem cute to demonize anyone who disagrees with me.  I'm not even going to hold this against any of you; I'll just take it as a lesson learned and move on.  Do what seems best to you.
