Fen is an outgoing person who likes socializing with friends and strangers, being a popular floater who hangs out with and knows about everyone in some shape or form. His friendly attitude is often accompanied by his flirtatious nature, playfully teasing his friends and likes to make them uncomfortable when he gets close and personal but its usually a sign that he likes you so most people take it as a compliment. While he may be a friendly and sociable guy, he easily holds grudges but hides his opinions about them with a polite mask for both their sakes.
